Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks (born April 15 1997) is an American actor best recognized for her role as Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons AMC's historical drama Mad Men. Her performance received praise from the critics as well as nominations for 6 Emmy awards in the category of best supporting actress. In her career till now which spans over twenty years, she's also gained recognition for her roles on the legal-drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. As a film actress that she's been recognized by critics for Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers: Prey in the Night Egg as well as American Woman. She has also recorded her voice on animations such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! She began as a fashion model and worked in the field for a number of years until she made her TV debut in Undressed. She received her first notable part as a character on the comedy show Beggars and Choosers. Following her appearance, she received praise for her role in Firefly. Esquire Magazine named her the most gorgeous woman in America and also the sexiest in the entire world in 2010.
